Bu y\u00f6ntemler aras\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir yere sahip olan Bili\u015fsel Davran\u0131\u015f\u00e7\u0131 Terapi (BDT), zihinsel sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131yla ba\u015fa \u00e7\u0131kmak i\u00e7in etkili bir yakla\u015f\u0131m olarak kabul edilmektedir.
