Depresyon alt \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011finde motivasyon kay\u0131plar\u0131 ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere, kendini de\u011fersiz g\u00f6rme, umutsuzluk vb. duygular \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fcyor. \u00d6rnek olarak bir maddede \u2018\u2019Hayattan zevk alm\u0131yorum.\u2019\u2019 Gibi maddelerden \u00f6l\u00e7ek olu\u015fuyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anksiyete alt \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011finde ise kayg\u0131 bozuklu\u011funun belirtileri, huzursuz ruh hali, korku gibi durumlar\u0131n de\u011ferlendirilmesi yap\u0131l\u0131r. \u00d6rnek madde olarak \u2018\u2019 Hi\u00e7bir neden yokken her \u015feyden korkmu\u015f hissediyorum\u2019\u2019 vb. maddeler alt \u00f6l\u00e7ekte yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stres alt \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011fi \u00f6fke, gerilim, tahamm\u00fcls\u00fczl\u00fck, vb. belirtileri \u00f6l\u00e7er. \u00d6rnek bir madde olarak ise \u2018\u2019Her \u015feyin \u00fcst\u00fcme geldi\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum ve bu beni \u00e7ok \u00f6fkelendiriyor\u2019\u2019 olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"DASS-21_Alt_Olcekleri_Kullanimi\"><\/span>DASS-21 Alt \u00d6l\u00e7ekleri Kullan\u0131m\u0131<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kullan\u0131m s\u00f6z konusu oldu\u011funda \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011fin kullan\u0131m\u0131nda puanlar olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemlidir. \u00d6l\u00e7ekte yer alan maddelerin 0 ve 3 aras\u0131nda puanlama sistemi bulunur. 0 Hi\u00e7 anlam\u0131na gelirken, 3 ise \u00c7ok s\u0131k anlamlar\u0131na geliyor. Toplam puanlar ise her bir alt \u00f6l\u00e7ek i\u00e7in ayr\u0131 hesaplan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Sonu\u00e7lar ise \u015fu \u015fekilde s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hafif<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Normal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orta<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u015eiddetli<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c7ok \u015fiddetli<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u015eeklinde sonu\u00e7lar bulunur. Doldurma s\u00fcresi ortalama olarak 5 ile 10 dakika aras\u0131nda tamamlan\u0131r. Buradan da \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011fin olduk\u00e7a k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede doldurulabilir oldu\u011funu g\u00f6rmekteyiz. Bu \u00f6l\u00e7ek tan\u0131 koymak i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lmaz. Ki\u015filerin psikolojik- ruhsal durumlar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda genel bilgi sahibi olmay\u0131 sa\u011flar. Sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n mutlaka uzman birisi taraf\u0131ndan yorumlanmas\u0131 ve de\u011ferlendirilmesi gerekir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"DASS-21_Ne_Ise_Yarar\"><\/span>DASS-21 Ne \u0130\u015fe Yarar?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bireylerin ruhsal sa\u011fl\u0131k durumlar\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmek amac\u0131yla uygulanan \u00f6l\u00e7ek uzmanlar\u0131n ki\u015filerin psikolojik durumunu sistematik olarak anlamas\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur. B\u00f6ylelikle <a href=\"https:\/\/terapikoltugu.app\/\">terapi <\/a>seanslar\u0131n\u0131n hangi y\u00f6ntemlerle ve nas\u0131l ger\u00e7ekle\u015fece\u011fi konusunda uzmanlar fikir sahibi olurlar. K\u0131sa s\u00fcreli bir testtir. Sistematik ve kolay olarak psikolojik durumun anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur. Anksiyete durumu, depresyon ve stres durumlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclmesinde kullan\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ki\u015filerin mevcut psikolojik durumunu de\u011ferlendirme de \u00f6l\u00e7ek i\u015fe yar\u0131yor. Bu sayede ki\u015filerin stres d\u00fczeylerinin hangi d\u00fczeyde oldu\u011fu belirlenir ve gerekli terapi metotlar\u0131 olu\u015fturularak ki\u015filerin ruhsal durumunun d\u00fczeltilmesi ama\u00e7lan\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bireylerin semptomlar\u0131n\u0131n \u015fiddetini \u00f6l\u00e7mek a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da kullan\u0131lan bir \u00f6l\u00e7ek t\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fcr. Hafif, orta, \u015fiddetli, \u00e7ok \u015fiddetli gibi d\u00fczeylerde \u00f6l\u00e7er. \u00d6l\u00e7e\u011fin en \u00f6nemli kullan\u0131m amac\u0131 tarama arac\u0131 olmas\u0131d\u0131r. Bu kapsamda psikolojik risk gruplar\u0131n\u0131n taranmas\u0131nda olduk\u00e7a faydal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayn\u0131 zamanda tedavi s\u00fcrecinin takibi konusunda da \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011fin \u00f6nemli avantaj\u0131 oldu\u011funu bilmekteyiz. Psikoterapi ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere ila\u00e7 tedavilerinin etkisini izlemek- takip etmek amac\u0131yla kullan\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6l\u00e7ek bireylerde \u00f6z fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131r. Ki\u015filerin kendi ruhsal sa\u011fl\u0131k durumlar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda fark\u0131ndal\u0131k kazand\u0131r\u0131r. Ara\u015ft\u0131rma amac\u0131yla da kullan\u0131l\u0131yor olmas\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011fin bir di\u011fer \u00f6nemli y\u00f6nleri aras\u0131nda bulunur.
