g\u00f6steren olumsuz davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerin bilin\u00e7li \u015fekilde olumlu \u015fekilde d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmesidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Affetme ile beraber birey \u00f6\u00e7 ve intikam alma duygusundan vazge\u00e7meyi, \u00f6fke gibi olumsuz hisleri azaltmay\u0131 hedefler. Ki\u015fi, kin duygusu yerine ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fc ve anlay\u0131\u015f gibi olumlu duygular\u0131 geli\u015ftirmeye ba\u015flar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Affetme_Turleri_Nelerdir\"><\/span>Affetme T\u00fcrleri Nelerdir?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Affetmenin kendi i\u00e7erisinde farkl\u0131 t\u00fcrleri bulunuyor. Bireyin kendi eksikliklerini hatalar\u0131n\u0131 ya da ge\u00e7mi\u015fteki olumsuz davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 kabullenmesi, kendine kar\u015f\u0131 duymakta oldu\u011fu su\u00e7luluk, utan\u00e7 ve \u00f6fke gibi duygular\u0131ndan ar\u0131nmas\u0131 kendini affetme olarak tan\u0131mlan\u0131r. Ki\u015fisel geli\u015fim i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli bir ad\u0131m olan kendini affetme, bireyin hatalar\u0131ndan \u00f6\u011frenip kendine \u015fefkatle yakla\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7erir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131 affetme ise kar\u015f\u0131daki ki\u015finin zarar verici eylemlerine ve haks\u0131z davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 duyulmakta olan nefret, \u00f6fke, k\u0131rg\u0131nl\u0131k gibi duygular\u0131n yerini anlay\u0131\u015fa, ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fcye ve empatiye b\u0131rakmas\u0131 anlam\u0131na gelir. Bu durumda birey ona zarar veren ki\u015fi ile ili\u015fkilerini onarmaya ya da ona kar\u015f\u0131 n\u00f6tr bir duruma ge\u00e7meyi hedefler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kal\u0131nan bir durumun ya da olay\u0131n ortaya \u00e7\u0131kartt\u0131\u011f\u0131 olumsuz etkilerden kurtulup bu durumla bar\u0131\u015fmak ise durumsal affetme olarak tan\u0131mlan\u0131r.
